Art & Craft
At Zee School Surat, we believe that Art & Craft offerings are an essential part of our students’ education. Walking through our hallways, you’ll see vibrant displays of creativity adorning the walls – paintings, sculptures, and handmade crafts that showcase the imagination and skill of our young artists.
Art & Craft programs foster a sense of community within the school. Collaborative projects bring students together, teaching them to work as a team and appreciate each other’s unique contributions. It’s heartwarming to see students from different grades and backgrounds bonding over a shared love of creating.
Moreover, these classes offer a much-needed break from the academic rigours of the school day. They provide a space where students can relax, recharge, and express themselves freely.
As educators, we believe in the transformative power of Art & Craft in building confidence. The pride in a student’s eyes when they complete a challenging project is truly inspiring. These small victories accumulate over time, contributing to a stronger sense of self-worth and capability.
Performing and Visual Arts
At Zee School Surat, we take great pride in our Performing & Visual Arts (PVA) program, which focuses on music, dance, and drama. These artistic pursuits have become an integral part of our students’ lives, enriching their educational experience in countless ways. These PVA activities aren’t just extracurricular activities – they’re an essential part of our holistic education approach. Student Council
At our school, the Student Council plays a vital role in shaping the student experience and fostering leadership skills. It serves as a bridge between the student body and the school administration, giving students a voice in matters that affect their daily lives.
The council is typically formed through a democratic process early in the academic year. Students campaign for various positions such as Head Girl, Head Boy, Cultural Secretary, Sports Captain and many more positions.
The impact of the Student Council extends beyond the members themselves. It inspires other students to take initiative, voice their opinions, and actively participate in school life. In many ways, it serves as a microcosm of democracy, teaching students about representation, responsibility, and the power of collective action.
